project overview

bit summit 2026 was an opportunity to see my work come to life at a large-scale event. Working within a tight one-week timeline, I designed key visuals across the venue, including stage backdrops, entrance signage, registration areas, hanging banners, agendas, menus and printed collateral. The project was highly collaborative, with continuous feedback and communication across the team. It challenged me to work quickly, adapt designs across different formats and scales, and make decisions that worked not only on screen, but in a real event space.

I joined the team two weeks before the conference, with just one week to design and prepare all visuals for production. Working with the existing identity and a minimal, terminal-inspired direction, I translated the team’s vision across different formats while keeping the event visually consistent. Each visual went through up to three rounds of revisions, with continuous feedback, references and close collaboration with the team. Joining an established team on such a tight timeline was a challenge, but their clear direction and open communication made it easy to quickly understand the brand and become part of the process.
